Service Agreements

Larger clients may prefer to engage us under an annual service agreement whereby we allocate time against any or all of our professional services offerings.  Unused hours in one month carry forward to the next, so you don’t pay for services not delivered. 

In addition to providing all the regular support offerings under our ad-hoc support services, our service agreement clients are also able to login to our helpdesk system to view job details such as,

  • Job history

  • Open jobs

  • Who worked on past jobs

  • Who is working on current jobs

  • Service hours credit and service hours used

  • Past and current invoices

Service agreement clients can also have the option of having one of our technical consultants visit their site on a regular basis.  This is particularly useful for those non-urgent but nevertheless important tasks.

  • Some of the periodic reports and documents we prepare for our clients include,

  • Performance Reports.

  • Security and Permissions Reports.

  • Capacity Planning and Usage Reports.

  • Spam and Anti-Virus Reports.

Also on a regular basis, we will arrange a Review meeting to discuss any or all of the above reports along with any other IT issues the client may have.

A service agreement is a cost effective alternative to ad-hoc support.  Service rates are discounted by 20%, and as stated earlier, unused hours carry over to the next month.  In addition, a service agreement helps manage your cashflow by spreading your IT support costs evenly throughout the year.
